Therapy Expo 2015 has an excellent CPD stream this year on Neuro Rehabilitation (full programme here) with world class speakers joining us. Do you work with clients within Spinal Injuries, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis or Stroke? Are you interested in the latest evidence looking into gait rehabilitation, FES, spasticity management, splinting, falls prevention, and stretching?
During this discussion we’ll cover some of the key issues in neuro-rehabilitation, for both children and adults: within your current neurological clinical area what are your main influences on improving patient outcomes? Is this helped by current research? Are there one or more specific things in the current set up that hinder your ideal ability to improve rehab outcomes?
This is aimed to be very much a discussion of hands on, coal face application of your neuro rehab and how you feel this is influenced by research, equipment and clinical drivers.
